This is just a little blurb. I wanted to try rotoscoping, so I used a still clip from Digi Charat & after effects 5.5 vector paint to get the image transparent.
This is a TEST of rotoscoping. This is NOT a test of a video. It is completed in itself. I am not planning on developing this particular concept further.
