This music video is base on Revolutionary Girl Utena, haha people must have thought is was sailor moon again, well your wrong ^^
Anyway this video is a lot like a typhoon, because the music you hear is a remix, and it's quite perfect for this video.
I was reading something about usagi-kou...kou means cosplays or also means shooting star.
