- Comments: I made this video shortly after The Matrix hit the silver screen. I had heard many good things about Spriggan. When the DVD came out I snagged it as soon as I could lay my hands on it. I wasn't disappointed. After watching the first 10 mintues I realized that I already knew this series. I knew it as "Striker" which was the name of the Manga that Viz published. It also re-lit a candle for me since the first Striker/Spriggan I had ever read was the Noah's Ark series, which the movie is based on.
