• Comments: Whew! My first amv is finally completed. This took me countless hours of finding clips and finetuning, good thing one can convert mpegs from vcds straightaway...
  Anyway, enough rambling. I do know that this anime has been placed together with this song before, and I have seen the result (from midnight espresso), but I decided to heck with it and do my own version cos what can go wrong? At worst I'll just look like some silly amateur (which I am). Kudos to them for coming out with it long before I did.

  I used a p4 1.7 ghz system with 256 mb ram and a geforce 3 vid card, since I wasn't ripping from a dvd or vcd player or anything. I just copied the file over and used vcdgear it.
  ... I'll bet you're sure to find similarities with my video and the afore mentioned, but there's only so many suitable clips in escaflowne featuring the two of them where there are NO subtitles!Irritation galore! And remember, there is NO lip sync at all in the video though it may seem like there's one at the end. All accidental. My attempt at lip syncing has been thrown away, never to see the light of day.
  Spoilers? Well, only if you haven't watched episode 5 of esca... If you haven't watched escaflowne, _maybe_ you should give this a pass anyway.
