My very first video... and it shows. First off I used a digisub for the source video, which meant I had letterbox it to get rid of the subtitles. Then I didn't realize that it was a 15fps video and I was editing as 30fps. Then I didn't realize that my computer wasn't fast enough to do a real-time preview in Premiere, so all my lipsynching was way off. All that, and the final video quality stinks too.
But I still like the idea, and I like how most of the scenes came out minus the goofed lip-synching. When the R1 DVD of episode 10 of Love Hina comes out I'll re-do it. Until then, don't bother looking for it. ;)
I like older rock music, and when Bad Moon on the Rise came on the radio after I'd seen some Love Hina episodes, I immediately thought of episode 10. That episode matches the lyrics well enough that I really didn't need more footage. The overall theme of the video are the characters warning Keitaro about the bad moon, and various bad things happening to him anyway. :) The song starts out with a guitar riff that Naru and Keitaro almost dance to as she's strangling him... man I can't wait to re-do this vid.
Note: This video does kinda spoil episode 10 of Love Hina, so it'd be best if you watch it first. Not that there's much to spoil, but hey... ;)
