Comments: This is actually to a song that (as far as i know) is unreleased. It is Evanescence, and the song is called Fields of Innocence. a friend of mine had found it and told me i had to hear it. when i did finally listen to it, images of trigun flashed through my mind the entire time. from that, this video was born.

i used windows movie maker, which made things unneccessarily challenging, but i think it came off well. I converted it to mpg format a while back, but i forget why.

The song's point can be summed up in one of its lines. "Where has my heart gone." The way I did the video, it focuses more on Vash and Knives' past, and Knive's slow decay into anger. The story i was trying to tell was of Knive's fall, and his repeated attempts to get Vash to fall with him. Towards the end of the video, I switched to telling about how Vash had to go fight Knives again. I used the music to re-create the sad feeling that was there in the anime, and told the story of the fight with repeated flashbacks to when they were children thrown in the middle. Since I couldn't use WMM to do any lipsyncing or digital effects, I had to use the audio and subtitles already in the anime to tell the story and make it work.
