  • Comments: This was my first video of 2004, and the first one I made after learning better methods for preparing and editing footage. In other words, my first video that wasn't full of interlacing. lol. I had a few ideas in my head for Princess Nine, and chose that as my first project to test and learn the best methods. Surprisingly, I did not wind up using any of the main amv ideas I had for this series. Listening to the music of the videos I wanted to make, the ideas seemed too big at the moment, and I really wanted something simpler that I wouldn't really mind making an average video with.

    Enter 3 Doors Down. I had just received this cd in December, and while all of the songs were fun to listen to, this one in particular stood out and fit some of my thoughts about the characters in Princess Nine (not to mention my own thoughts of certain VA's who were in it. ^_^). I figured this would be a fun song to make a video to, so I just went into it without much planning or thought at all.

    The end result was a video that I immensly enjoyed, but that might only be enjoyable for me, or other Princess Nine fans, or people who really like the song. I'm not sure. lol. It was around the second week in January when I was making this, so I dedicated it to my friend Asuka, and made it her birthday present. ^_^ I guess this video has plenty of importance to me personally, but to anyone else it might just seem average. If you like it, let me know. ^_^

    local download is full resolution MPEG2 (though I forgot to fix the aspect ratio on this one I believe)
    direct and indirect downloads are smaller Xvid copies for those with slow connections.
