• Comments: The idea for creating this video simply wouldn't get out of my mind after seeing episode 13 of Saber Marionette J - and although I was originally going to create a very short video along these lines, just for fun, (and to practice my AMV creating skills some more) I ended up having so much fun working on the video that I ended up lengthening it a bit - and then I also ended up fiddling around with some more serious lipsynching than I'd attempted before (hey, it seems that it really is possible to do at least passable lipsynching using Windows Movie Maker! *grin*) which I was surprised to find was a *lot* of fun to work on - although I'm my own worst critic when it comes to lipsync now.. *laugh* (I fiddled with some of the lipsync bits for ages, and am still not sure if I'm 100% pleased with them)
  
  Also, I'd originally wanted to use the Stereophonics' song "Movie Star" for the music to this video, but I wasn't sure if the lyrics would completely match up with the clips I had to work with. The song kept coming to mind when I'd think about the episode, though - so I listened to it over and over, trying to figure out if I could somehow use it - but I just wasn't certain that it was the right choice. So, in the meantime, I decided to look up as many other songs as I could that were titled "Movie Star" or "Superstar", and I ran across this Isley Brothers song that I'd never heard before - but it fit so perfectly with the concept of the video I wanted to make, that I thought I'd at least give it a try - and it turned out to be the perfect song! *laugh*
  
  Anyway, I think this is technically the most well-put-together video I've created yet - although I know I still have a long way to go *laugh* In any case, it was definitely the most fun I've had working on an AMV since my first one. And hey, you hopefully won't have time to get bored during this video, as it clocks in at only a minute and 20 seconds long! *laugh*
