Comments: It's time to get heavy! But first we're gonna get hardcore! If you thought I didn't have an original bone (of an idea) left in my body, this is proof that I can do more than remake my own AMVs -- Yargh!! I saw OVERLORD Episode 9 "The Dark Warrior" the same year MONSTEREOPHONIC was released by LORDI, and the theme just clicked. Of course, this was four years before my return to video editing, so that little spark smoldered until it became an ember. This is my second project using footage from only a single episode and I initially had no plans on when I'd get around to it until last month. With the confirmation of SEASON 4 earlier this year, and Halloween approaching our doorsteps, I felt the time was quite appropriate! It was touch and go during pre-production as I began to doubt the validity of my concept but once I figured out the intro portion, it became easier to build the rest of the timeline. If you haven't seen the first three seasons, you've got time before OVERLORD IV premieres in 2022.
