So I wanted to make something that looked like it could have been made 15+ years ago, complete with techno music, flash effects and cheesiness. It started in 2014 around this time when I made a fun 80s video and since then I've wanted to do something similar with 90s anime, especially since I like the 90s stuff more, so it finally happened as I found a better way to get the footage.
