  • Comments: I was watching my "Danse des Cygnes" music video two weeks ago when I found several problems with it. The first was that the clips used in the video didn't quite match the theme, story and music used in the video. The second problem was that it didn't meet the story of "Princess Tutu" as accurately as I thought. The third problem was that it didn't really meet the different parts of the story that was broken down into the following:

    1. Introduction of the Two Swans, the Prince and Knight
    - Entrée: Allegretto alla danza
    2. Rue/Ahiru/Mythos triangle and the birth of the Knight Protector, Fakir.
    3. Ahiru/Mythos/Fakir triangle and Kraehe's ambition.
    4. Birth of Dark Mythos and Kraehe's redemption.
    5. Danse des Cygnes, Fin.

    Because of those problems, I decided to do a complete remake of the video by presenting the story of "Princess Tutu" and the two Swans, White and Black. In order to represent the story as accurately as possible, I decided to break the story down again, but this time, more accurately and shown a different story breakdown:

    1.Danse des Cygnes, Ouverture
    2.Introduction of the Two Swans/The Prince and the Knight
    - Entrée: Allegretto alla danza
    3. Rue/Ahiru/Mythos triangle
    4. The Knight and the Storyteller, Fakir
    5. The Knight and the Princess
    6. Ahiru/Mythos/Fakir triangle
    7. Kraehe's Ambition/Birth of Dark Mythos
    8. Kraehe's Redemption
    9. Revival of the Crow/Rebirth of the Prince
    10. Danse des Cygnes, Fin

    As I finalized all the changes, edits and clip additions, the results came out nicely. Now the clips used match the theme, story and music. When finally put together, it worked out nicely. What do you guys think? Feedback and suggestions are always welcome. ^_^
