  All three of them helped me at the last parts of the AMV where the problems I didn't know how to fix without outside help, I truely appreicate their help getting me through them.
  
  Now with that done ahead with the AMV info.
  
  Oringally this AMV was never supposed to happen, 3 months ago after I finished History In Anime I thought I would make the follow up that would have not as much anime and have a different plot. it was suppose to be about bountry hunters using the song "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap" by AC/DC. But I scrapped the clips when I couldn't get Gunsmith Cats on DVD as well as some other crucial clips. I scrambled to find another idea to make an AMV out of for the animethon 10 music video contest when like all of my ideas, it popped up when Iw asn't thinking about it. At the time I was on a James Bond craze, I just bought the whole set of James Bond movies, I listened to The World Was Not Enough and it gave me an idea for Gendo Ikari.
  
  Yes I know everyone hates him, that is why I chose him. All over the place we see Rei, Shinji, Auska, even Misato AMVs (hell even one Toji AMV) but rarelly any real true Gendo AMVs, yes there are some but I mean none that in my opinion shine real light on his character. I made a parody of Gendo years ago as my very first AMV. I thought it would be right that in my 61st AMV (yes flame all you want, I heard it all before) I make an AMV on the same character I began with.
  
  There were two inspirations for this AMV that I would want to base my AMV on
  
  1) Was the ErMaC AMV about Shinji and Auska using the song "We're In This Together" by NIN, I wanted to make an AMV that serious and true to the character. In this case I wanted to make a AMV true to Gendou.
  2) The World Is Not Enough: Golgo 13 - Windwarp Productions made an AMV using the same song i am using for Golgo 13:Queen Bee I thought the AMV was incredible. I wanted the see if I could make my AMV match its intensity.
  
  In no way I copied any of them or use anything of their I merely used them as steping stones onto what approach I should take this AMV and so 2 months of hell began.
  
  I know someone else already done an EVA AMV with the song but honestly I don't care, I am sure my AMV has nothing to do with his, if it does I still don't care.
  
  While doing this AMV I had 2 colds, a stomach flu, 4 fevers, dozens of headaches, drinking gallons of gatorade, dozens of frozen egos (dont ask), and pintes of pepsi and A&W root beer.
  
  For 2 months I busted my ass on this AMV reworking and reworking on this AMV to make it perfect. I would still have reworked on it to this day but the deadline for me to enter my AMV in is by May 23rd so I had to get it done best I could by that date. So I literally finished the AMV by today(in the time May 16th).
  
  Its hard to really tell you what it is about, just like its hard to pin point Gendou's motives, for those who seen End Of Evangelion and heard his last speach may understand where I am coming from.
  
  Gendo loved his wife Yui, when she was absorbed into Unit 1, his completely changed his mindset and outlook on life to the point where he isolated himself from everyone as well as used them for his goals. His goals was to use the humanity, heaven and earth as his pawns to create third impact for one reason, to be reunited with his love Yui Ikari. Honestly you can hate him for being a bad father to Shinji but he was afraid of hurting him like he felt he was responsible for hurting Yui as for Unit 1, just like Shinji is afraid of hurt others because of actions. Both Gendo and Shinji are quite the same.
  
  I really hope you hope you enjoy the AMV I really worked hard on it to make it perfect as I could make it.
