This was again an attempt to see if we could tell a story without using the words provided by the music. In some respects, it works. The song clearly sets a mood of desperation and discord, which you see all to clearly in Ai Enma's "clients". As the song progresses, however, that tone mutates into something almost peaceful, particularly at the bridge. So we paint the image of the frenetic young man who deals with "the devil", tries to make peace with his act, and finally come full circle to meeting the devil again when his time comes.
We put ended up speeding up a great deal of footage, just to make the continuity between boy, reporter, and man stick. In all, this one took make a solid week of work on the editing alone. Let us know what you think.
