• Comments: Well this is my first entry in the Akross con.
  I have been watching the akross con since early 08 and i wanted to be in it.
  Win or lose I don't really care just competing in it was really something :)

  Well I first began this project in the last week of the term 3 holidays. I don't know which date, but it took about a month to make. I was kind of clueless on what i should do for such an competition, but i thought o my self why should I do something that will be hard for me to do. So i though i would do a straight forward Hellsing video.
  
  At first i wonted it to be an effects whore video but i didn't really know what kind of effects i wanted to do that would present my piece in a non cheesy but effective look. But my Beta tester -Reda- suggested that i should do just a basic "the cut" AMV.
  
  At most i only had about three video logs open in Vegas, which made it easy.
  It is hard not to do an effect whore AMV, because I LOVE effects. XD.
  
  But when i got in the groove of making this it seems that a AMV is still strong with out effects. I will remember that in my next project............ or not. ^_^.
  
  But i thought to my self i little effects wont hurt. So I did little 3D opening/ending in blender 3D. And the credits in After Effects

  The song choice for this was a tough one i didn't wont to do a SOAD song or some other used song out there. I then came across John Williams Battle of the hero's. It was a good song that fitted the OST and the anime. It had easy beat and i good story fitting rhythm.

  I'm really proud of my final piece, there will always be a troll that would think different
  [its a trailer, boring, its alright, asleep]
  
  Thats your opinion, I'm proud of this pierce and i think it is alot different from other hellsing AMVs.
