• Comments: I have a good story to tell behind this video:One time I was looking around for Gundam Wing AMVs with Pink Floyd, and all I could find were these two with Goodbye Blue Sky and One Of My Turns, from The Wall. And this really pissed me off. I was like "How big of Floyd fans are the people who made these videos?" I thought the same thing with all the Evangelion AMVs that have songs from The Wall. The Wall is NOT about mecha or people trying to save the world, it's about a troubled rock star building a mental wall to conceal his feelings. Well me, I've been a Floyd fan for 10 years, so I decided to make my own Gundam Wing and Pink Floyd video with a song that actually FIT. I remembered their 1983 album:The Final Cut. It was the band's last album with Roger Waters, and it was their first without Richard Wright. I knew there would be plenty of potential songs to use on this album, because alot of the songs deal with war, and the album was dedicated to Roger Waters' deceased father, Eric Fletcher Waters, who died in 1944 shortly after he was born. I used the song Not Now John, because it's one of my favorite Floyd songs.
