• Comments: This video is a slow-paced romance/drama detailing the story of the Vampire and his Lady in Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust.
  It combines the gorgeous animation of Bloodlust with selections from the Lord of the Rings soundtracks, including a haunting piece by Enya.
  The vid is divided into three parts:
  1)The Fight, showcasing the duel atop the carriage between D and the Vampire,
  2)The Decision, showcasing some gorgeous scenery set to the piece by Enya, and
  3)The Sacrifice, showcasing the scene where the Vampire braves the scorching sunlight in order to try and rescue his lover.
  
  If you appreciate the beauty of Bloodlust, and/or enjoy the LotR soundtrack, then I recommend you give this one a try.
  
  Video notes: I was surprised by how badly the movie was degraded when I popped in the dvd. It looked like an unrestored film from the sixties or seventies. Through the application of several filters, I was able to get the characters and other foreground objects into good shape, though backgrounds still suffer from various problems.
  The movie is still a gorgeous piece of animation, and Howard Shore's score is brought to you in 320kbps clarity.
