This is the last of my three original AMV ideas (the others being ‘Something in the Egg’ and ‘Listen to My Song’). This was actually the first solo video project I tried. Unfortunately, there was something wrong with the wiring that resulted in v-hold problems in all of my captured footage and I had to stop work on it. I moved to other things, mainly because I didn’t have access to source or capture at the same time and at one point, the harddrive with the project file died. However, I still found the idea amusing and never really let it go. I broke down and got the source tape at a con (it's wonderful buying VHS these days). I retimed the song and more or less redid what I recall having done the first time around.
The whole concept for this video amuses me to no end; if you can figure out what it is, props to you. I wouldn't show it to small children because the source has lots of graphic violence. If you've no problem with that, then this vid might be for you - even if there are tentacles!
