  Anyway.
  
  This vid was inspired by a Slayers AMV I've had for quite some time, one with the same music and cut off at about the same point. It features all three Slayers series and focuses on Lina Inverse and all the violence she inflicts. Unfortunately, that vid isn't available on this site, at least not last time I checked.
  
  When I thought of making this vid, I realized that if I didn't do it, no one else would. That was reason enough for me to get started. *grin* I was aiming for the action-comedy thing, with some suggestions of shoujo-ai 'tween Kirika and Mirelle, and I think it worked out pretty well. I had to cut the song short because, let's face it, the joke's really only worth a minute and a half. The lyric-matching worked out (except for the line "no one ever looked so fine" - I swear, twenty-six episodes and not one fanservice shot of Kirika), and I put in some effort to make the lip-sync work in this one. This was also my first time using Premiere Pro instead of Premiere 6.5, so that was something of a challenge, but it led to better visual quality than my previous AMVs and that's definitely a plus. So what if it now takes six different programs to get from 'anime on DVD' to 'finished AMV'...
