Looking for a Steamboy vid from Akross 08

i downloaded it during last year's competition, but my computer crashed and all of my amvs (that were not backed up) have been lost. most i can simply find on here again.

but this one originally came from Akross (which is a russian site). it says it's still listed as downloadable, but whenever i click it, it redirects me to some other site i don't recognize that's all in russian.

anyone seen this vid / have this vid / know what i can do to re-download it?
