What sort of collaboration are you looking for? Specific technical processes? General editing ideas? Somebody to make the video and give you credit?

Hey ice! So far you have made one amv according to your profile.
Collabing with another person is a commitment. Often times people only want to work with another when that person have proven and established in the community to be a good editor who knows what they are doing.
I once try to be in a MEP. The person running it asked me to make a beta to see what my editing skills were. The next day that person gave my track to another because the other editor was more known in the community then me and already proven their skills. It was kinda rude, but that's life.
Concentrate on solo projects and maybe some one out there will like your style and be more willing to work with you.
