Unable to download videos

I know I posted on this before, but the only solution that was given to me was that I hadn't rated my videos, and I had so that was not the problem. If there is someway to fix this so I can download videos again that would be apreciated, if I have to make a new account I;m fine with that.

sounds like you don't have cookies enabled.
enable cookies (if only just for the org) and it should work.

If cookies are already enabled, try signing out, pressing ctrl+F5 and then sign back in

What is an example url that you are clicking on? (Link it here). What browser are you using? Is the browser claiming to be something different? Do you have http referrals disabled in your browser?
