Requesting a file deletion?

I uploaded a video file earlier today, but when testing the upload I got an error. And then I accidentally pressed the button that says the video upload is fine I've tried downloading the local file a couple of times since then, to see if maybe the first error was a fluke, but am still getting the same error. So now I'm wondering how to request a file deletion, so I can try uploading again. I've read the FAQs and did a quick search of the forums, but I'm still not sure how exactly I go about doing this. Do I just ask on here?

editors->edit video info->request deletion of bad video entry

then for the reason you put pretty much what you wrote here and ask for just the local file to be deleted
