Uploading with Filezila

I am terribly sorry if this poat is in wrong place but I have just joined, I am having an impossible time connecting properly with filezilla, I have followed the step by step guide and I am sure I have done everything correctly but I keep receiving an error that login failed due th incorrect password, I have double & triple checked my inputs but to no avail, I just cannot connect to the server, Please can anyone help me I am eager to get started, I have 9 music videos to add to the catalog and Cannot wait to be a part of this site. You aren't copy/pasting your username/password are you? (just gotta make sure)

also, you'll see that error if you have a wrong username

No seriously I followed the steps and typed in all the info, I even logged out of my account a couple of times to be sure I hadn't messed it up but my site account works fine, just getting this error with filezilla, thanks again for quick response.RGK.

can't really think of much else there. Can you pm me a screenshot?
alt+print screen takes a screenshot of just the active window. Eliminates the need for cropping in mspaint

only other thing I can think of is to cancel the upload request and request upload permission again to get a new username/password

I tried re=requesting a new username and password but i have the exact same error, Really stumped now, Hope anyone can help. RGK.

Yes All sorted now I have my first video up and working fine, thank you very much for all your help, couldn't have done it without your help, Looks like this is gonna be a really friendly site to be a part of. RGK.
