What many people who love his work neglect to see is that all of these are basically the same.
Each one has some kinda doofy guy, chasing after some hot girly girl. He is befriended by a sorta tom-boyish tough girl who tries to help him in his endevours but is unable to control herself from falling in love with the fool himself.
Well DNA2 is slightly different on that as Karen(or whatever) is trying to prevent him from doing so or something. :O Wudd ever.
Alotta people consider him to be a great artist. For which he is. He isn't a great story teller though. The seven volumes of I's I read, was just pure filler and cliff-hanger after cliff-hanger(I guess that's sorta how manga is but still). The cliff-hangers go so far as to, near kidnaps and peoples houses burning down. This always seems to happen when the main boy character wasn't to say he loves Iori-chan. "I... I... I... Lo... {ring ring} What.. The house burnt down!?" Just imagine that happening about 20times and you get a good idea of the story.
Another filler aspect is if he can't find something interesting to say he usually throws in a ass shot.

Let's discuess a little more about Iori.
Keep in mind that she IS 16yrs old:

I said 16 NOT 11! 16 of course. She's 16
