Either that or we're just used to it. Pretty much any video that is announced won't give you really bad backlash and the Utoob craze is pretty much over so you don't find a lot of 'pop culture' kids making amvs. Most current amv makers today do it cuz they like it, not cuz it's the hot new thing.
And sorry to tell you, but if you do it cuz of the later your about 5 years too late.
