Totally lost and needs help

Okay, I don't have a clue what to do. I tried downloading the program to upload videos and I find its only trial, then I upload the password it GAVE me and now it says the password is incorrect. I tried contacting the customer support and they said contact the administrator, but I don't know who that is or means. The site's owner, the program's owner?

Then to top it all off I get this error message when i go to confirm upload:

You are now the proud owner of a screwy error message from .Org. That error message is: "couldn't connect to host" Please report this in the forums.

I don't have a single clue of what I am doing and all I wanna do is just upload a video, I had no idea it would be this frustrating. Someone please help.

are you copy/pasting the password? or actually typing it in? sometimes it catches an extra space with copy/paste...

I did both and neither worked. I copied/pasted, retyped, re copied pasted and nothing works no matter how many times I do either method.

sounds like the window for uploading timed out? (someone correct me if im wrong)

if you are getting a screwy error message on the confirm page i suppose you are going to have to wait for a mod/admin to reset the page and then try again...

also theres always this method for uploading...

filezilla is free, just something to keep in mind for later

if you have a firewall on (hardware...like a router, or software) that's probably your problem
turn it to a low/file-sharing mode or off while you are trying to upload

if you try messing around with the ftp program settings you should check to see that passive mode is enabled (passive mode might help if you have a hardware firewall that you can't turn off)

if you have a hardware firewall and passive mode doesn't work, try letting traffic on port 21 through (port 21 = ftp)
can't give you much more help on that one as I haven't dealt with routers at all

Its not a firewall its the password that's the problem and I don't know how to get a new one or reset it.

go to confirm video and cancel the upload then start the process over again :/

Okay I am still lost and still need help. I tried downloading a new FTP pogram called filezilla and I don't have any clue how to upload my video through it. I've seriously been frustrated beyond belief with this problem. I don't know how to upload my video, what to do, what program to use or what to do next with this process. I requested my video entry to be deleted because I honestly don't know what else to do. I tried redoing CuteFTP and my free trial expired so if anyone can please help me, it would be a godsend.

I just want to upload one video and I am having a world of problems with this.
