Personally, I think any holiday that is randomly created just seems like a shallow holiday. I think Harper just did it to win votes ... people just wanted another day off work. Which not even everyone got.

So like, I just learned that today is a holiday that was randomly created last year ... I didn't even know about it until a few days ago when a friend mentioned it.
