My Test of Local Download Messes up

When I uploaded my Bleach Video to the local server and i tried to download the Test file it messed up. What should I do?

Cancel the upload and do it again.

Did that, it still messed up.

What do you mean by "it messed up"? Did the download fail to complete, or did it download but become glitched during playback? Are you sure the file you're trying to upload doesn't have the same problem?

When I ran the test after it said it was successfully transferred on the server, it wouldn't play after I downloaded the test file.

Make sure your FTP client is set to binary mode, not text.
