Anime Help

Mmmk... I need some help here.

I need to know what anime has the following things

1) Prim & Proper girly Girl or uptight chick
2) Punk rock Goth/Emo/Tough Guy (preferabbly with weird hair)
3) Both major characters & lots of air time

Multiple anime can be useful. I need to know if there is one out there because I have this awesome idea for an AMV. :O
