Downloading problems

I am trying to download some vids and instead of being taken to the next screen I am taken back to the video information screen, I have removed the cookies and loged in and out several times and nothing happened, I closed my browser, restarted my computer but I still can't download anything, can anyone help me with this problem?
BTW I am a member of this site for few years now, I made this account because my other one wouldn't log in the forum, I don't know why though.

Scroll down and see if you find three buttons.

It doesn't appear any buttons other than the ones already there. Actually member's menu buttons vanish after I click in the download link leaving only the main menu ones.

I've seen a few posts with this problem perhaps its a browser glitch?
what browser are you using?

I use firefox and I've not had an issue with it... have you updated it lately?

also, I'm a donator, so I don't see the magical pink box twice a month O.o try it again today, to see if it's still screwing up?

the "member's menu" usually isn't there if you are not logged in, have you set your login cookie to keep you logged in?

Still not working, and I did updated the firefox recently. I tried downloading again and once again returned me to the information screen without the member's menu, I had another window open and entered on the 'my downloads' area after I tried to download the AMV, I was taken to the page with my list of downloaded AMVs.
What does the 'pancake' addition to the address of the information screen means? When I first enter on the information screen it isn't there, but when I try to download the video the adress change and 'pancake' appears on it, check on the pics that I posted earlier.

you've probably already checked this, but are you sure that firefox is accepting cookies?
if not enable that, log out and back in and that should fix it

and in regards to your other account, the server deactivates accounts after a certain (albeit rather unknown) period of time. I think there's a "reactivate account" thing (that or you could send a pm to one of the admins or email admin@animemusicvideos.org
