Rotating img in AE

I have a question^^;a rather simple problem...

if you look at my image; you see that after importing from photoshop cs3 (under BMP no idea what's best to use in AE) i can only rotate it 2D and not 3D like i want to give it dept.
I did it before with textures though...

Check that cube on the far right of the "switches\modes" box to turn it into a 3D Layer, then go up to "Layer>new>Camera". Then pan the camera around until it looks how you want it.

If you convert it to a 3-d layer, you can turn it round the x- y- and z achsis. np
