Post by Bonehimer » Sun Aug 24, 2008 1:14 pm

I am guessing there must be several ways about going with this but want to know which way would be more efficient

So i wanna change the color of his bandanna to blue, black etc but without affecting the rest of the colors in the video.

Mask out the bandanna, apply a color effect to top layer?

Since it's the only white in the pic, color keying might work.

Do the color key, use a layer of solid color underneath to change the color of the bandana, (and the eyes). mask away generally where the eyes would be on the color layer, and duplicate the original unchanged clip underneath all of it.

There you go.
