No download link available?

I uploaded to the kero srever, went through all the steps and I still get none for available download, I probably did something wrong, but I have reviewed everything and not sure what it is. Dis the confirmation and everything. and it won't let me just repeat the prcess because I already have a video of that name. and I don't want to spam the servers with a duplicate download. not sure how to fix that. please any insight. sorry for being a such a noob face.
