Seems like the series has been mentioned enough times before, but only as a reference.
I am presuming that I have simply missed this series, as once a show goes to license it falls off the usual fansub sources.
Well I saw it on the newsgroup scene and decided to see what it was like (the fan subs).
I think over all it's a pleasing looking series. Definitely will be immediately moved to my potential anime dvd list.
The show isn't radically original (oh the horror), but being the same as the last one has not ruined chocolate bars or peanut butter cookies for me either
If you missed it, you need to hunt it down. Plenty of great anime schoolgirl visual appeal. The usual anime magic users. The usual one lone guy being the focal point.
But it also has the usual great dose of laughs by the looks of things. The humour is a bit spicy, so I might advice my local friend that mentioned it, that it might be a bit more spicy than he prefers to let his daughter view. But then it's not really all that bad.
