AMV theft on Youtube

Ok, I have just seen one of my amvs on Youtube and to which I was not credited for making it. The person has claimed it as theirs and I am more than angry about it seeing as it's the video that has practically a perfect 10 on here.

I hate putting in a lot of my time on something and have it be taken by someone else. :x
