How do rip movie clips from videogames like Final Fantasy to make AMVs?

Check the guides out. Link on the front page.

Been asked a million times, that's why there's a guide

On this note, it'd be cool to see an updated version of this guide for PS2 games, espec. Final Fantasy X, since I had problems finding any good info on the web.

*waits for calls of "If you want it so bad, make the guide yourself*

Who needs a guide when we have this?

Frankly, with the ending of software production for the Dreamcast, the days of prerendered game movies are drawing to a close; and I don't see much of a reason to fiddle with the existing guide, especially when toolss for the PS2 are in such an alpha state.

Not only that but you see people not asking "I checked the guides out but can't figure out how to do it on the PS2".

No we get "huw do I get playerstation 2 and 1 fotage! Thanks!"

:\ They don't even bother to check the guides first.

Hey all, I talked with Phade and Quu about updating the video game guide.

Quu says he's abandoned the project so I'm gonna continue his work.

Only problem is that I do not know much about HTML to make things look good. So if anyone is willing to put what I write into HTML design, then I'm all for it.
