Uploading problem.

I am a mac user using Fugu to upload my videos to FTP. When I enter in the the url and username, it lets me through to insert a password, but when I do I've been told permission denied. I've tried it with three different sets of "requesting an upload" usernames/passwords and none have worked. What am I doing wrong? This is the first time I've had any problems when using fugu.

I personally don't use a mac, but this may still be an issue.
If you're copy/pasting the password in, it may not work (no idea why though.)
Try typing the password out very deliberately

and you may want to do the same thing with the username as well

Tried that, still didn't work.
