Can "Original Animation" be submitted in AMV Conte

I posted this here because it's an AMV suggestion...well a question...

...anyways...

I was wondering if I could submit an "original animation" totally animated by me into the AMV contest because I'm not sure if the rules of AMV contest are updated or not (maybe I haven't checked the updated version)...

I ask this because the last rules I read said that the AMV must contain above 60% "original ANIME" (not animation animated totally by the contestant)...though it didn't specify whether or not an original animation may be entered or not...going back to the question...

Can I submit an "original animation" totally animated by me into the AMV contest? Of course, the original animation would have music which is intended for the AMV category.

...another question....

Can "original composition/music" be submitted as well...and again it will be an AMV and not just music...there will be visual "anime related"

I think that depends on the contest you are trying to enter...

for example A-kon: it would probably end up in the "anime inspired" contest rather than the main contest.
