Anyone understand what it is that fell out of the spacial distortion? And are they continuing the series cause that was just an abrupt ending.

I read that they are not continuing the series

When me and a friend watched it, he made a joke about the ending
"Looks like we skipped episode 25 and went straight to End of Gasaraki" :D
