Effects tutorials for Premiere 6.5?

Post by dokool » Mon Jan 06, 2003 4:02 pm

Anybody know any sites that offer decent tutorials? I'm looking for something beyond cross-fades and slowing down or speeding up clips...

TIA,

Don't know about Premiere 6.5, but Premiere 6.0 effect tutorials can be found starting on page 291 of the MANUAL ;)

Manuals, bah. Especially Adobe manuals. I may stop by Barnes and Noble to pick up something this week, but I've always preferred tutorial sites for learning more interesting things (for example, Flash stuff)...

Confucius say, "He who spends hundreds of dollars on useful software but refuses to read the manual is a FUCKING MORON."
"If someone feels the need to 'express' himself or herself with a huge graphical 'singature' that has nothing to do with anything, that person should reevaluate his or her reasons for needing said form of expression, possibly with the help of a licensed mental health practitioner."

Confusious also say "It isn't the destination that matters, but rather the path."

Manuals are fine and good, but they don't tell you everything, and sometimes I prefer alternative sources. So sue me?

Sorry, it just fit too well ;-)

Touche.

What's better than winning 3 gold medals in the Special Olympics?

Not being disabled =)

I guess you'll have to settle for the 3 gold medals in the Special Olympics.

Oh, wait... do they allow disabilities of a purely intellectual nature?

I'm surprised you haven't disputed the French judge's call yet =)
