and it gets off topic a LITTLE bit, then gets locked, what are you suppose to do then? Give up on help, or repost the topic and hope it doesn't go off topic a second time? Honestly.

a LOT like those examples which all you are doing is asking for a little anime related help, even added 2 posts with additional detail and it still got locked. So I was about to be a new one, but then thought it would just make the mods upset and it would of just of been locked again. If the later is the case, am I pretty much forced to go to another site like maybe a naruto fan site? Well if I HAVE to, just thought I may have asked for the help here since those type of topics don't really get locked. What to do, what to do.

you could put a request in the mod box about unlocking and deleting the unnecisary (I know, misspelled) posts and putting a bold title stating you would like people to STAY on topic.

your best bet would be to ask the mods(in the mod-box) to unlock the thread(providing a link ofcourse) and ask the to post at the unlock to ask people to stay on TOPIC its the only real alternative to finding a naruto fansite.(or people who you can directly consult on said matters.)

Note: make sure to always look at ALL the forums to make sure your posting your thread in the apropriate forum, the naruto thread you posted earlier recieved a comment like "shouldn't this be in screencaps? (I'm not saying you make mistakes like this, but just thought I'd throw it out there.)

Rely on the fact that the mods should be banning people that cause problems like that? Or at the very least temp-banning them.
