What do I do if someone took one of my AMV's?

I found one of my recent AMV's on a video streaming site and someone had taken out the opening titles (name of amv and anime) and also the ending credits and replaced it with their own (less fancy movie maker looking credits).

What should I do? They have several other really good AMV's on their page and I don't know if any of it is theirs? They all have the same type of ending credits and they say the amv's are "A Shinobi vs. Dragon Production"

Can anyone suggest the proper thing to do?
I've left a comment saying that the video was stolen and that was deleted. Then I left 2 other comments with less of a harsher tone and that so far is still there.
Should I politely ask for them to remove my video? And how would I figure out if they took anyone else's video and put their own credits on it?

I'm not going to post the page here, but if you msg me. I guess its okay.

Damn, not again.

Ok, here's what we usually do in cases like this. First we track 'em down. This can be done in a variety of ways. I personally prefer the method of gaining their trust through internet friendship and then saying I will "visit" them.

after that is done you grab yourself some sort of weapon. Remember, if you use a gun GET A SILENCER. This is the best advice I can give you. One time I didn't do this, I got fuckin' reported and barely got away from the law.

If you don't you a gun you'll have to be a lot more sneaky so bone up on yer sneakin' skills. Also remember to bring bleach and a machete or chainsaw or something (use for this will be explained later)

Ok so you get to the house. I prefer to hide in their closet and wait for them to go to bed, but this can be a pain in the ass if you don't take the time to stalk them and learn their living patterns/sleep patterns, so this is also important. BRING SOMETHING TO MUNCH ON. This could potentially be a long day for you.

Now they are asleep, it's time. Make sure your gun is loaded and they are fast asleep. Creep up and get 'em either between the eyes or in the chest/heart. I go for chest, the brain gets all over the fucking place and is a pain in the ass to deal with (especially if you're a cannibal because it's oh so tempting).

Now you've got yourself a dead person, what shall I do now you ask?. Well remember the chainsaw/machete and bleach? Get ready to use it bitch.

Take the covers and sheets and whatnot off their bed with them still in it and use it to carry them into the bathroom. Put them in the bath tub and begin chopping up there body, when you are done use the bleach to clean up the blood. It may not get it all off, but it may puzzle the investigators a good amount.

now go get a trashbag, put 'em in. If they live by an ocean you're in luck. Throw that bitch overboard. If you don't... Throw them in the woods or some shit. OR if you planned enough ahead you can bury them..

but in seriousness, theres really nothing you can do, if its THIS site you can petition the mods, if its another site petition their admins and report the video. its a very simple thing, if you put something online it can be stolen, easily, tough luck.
