Is there an anime with a friendly block-party?

I've been thinking of making a music video with the Red Hot Chili Peppers and "Hump de Bump" keeps popping up in my mind, but I'd like to capture the essence of the original live-action music video. I'm just looking for an anime that has a lot of crowded people on a city street having fun and enjoying themselves.

Of course, if it so happens that I don't find anything, I may just make it a comedy video (not action by any means).

Isn't there a scene in Trigun where everyone's having fun or getting drunk, although it might be in a bar. It's either the episode where he catches up to the gunsmith, or one of the early ones, can't remember for sure.

One Piece just after the Arlong arc, when Arlong's been defeated and the whole town is celebrating.

Jaddz - which One Piece movie? I think the beginning to the Matsuri Island one has a lot of people dancing in the beginning, when they land on the island?

I've no clue all i know is it's from a movie and its like a huge dance scene and ive seen it in amvs... ive never really seen any thing of once piece aside from whats in amvs

Which "One Piece" movie was it? I think One Piece would be a great anime to use with the song, but it would help to know where it is for sure. I've seen the footage online, and I think it would be a great Upbeat/Dance video, but which movie does it come from?

Also, is the movie currently available on DVD?

Okay, I think I know what to work with. Apparently "Jango's Dance Carnival" would be awesome to use, but since it's not currently on DVD I wouldn't know where to start with it.

Does anyone know a good place to get the raw 6 minute video download with NO FANSUBS???
