Uploading

Ya I bet this thread already exist but I can't find it so!

I'm haivng trouble uploading my amv's I got one but now I can't find the upload button. and I won't do it direct cause personally I don't like that. I want it to be local. anyway the Upload video button isn't on my list of options for some reason so can someone help me?
