how to tell is my amv unsuitable?

ok im working on an amv atm using the anime 'elfen lied' now im staying away from any nude scenes i can but unfortunatly due to the nature of the amv i have to 'sortof' use one. i have made sure taht in the scenes where either nana or lucy are naked i have certain criteria. the lucy scene she is only shown from behind so u cant actually see anything, and the nana scene is in episode 2 right at the very end where nana is chained to the wall. for the nana scene ive used photoshop to edit out her breasts (amazingly she still looks normal theres just no gender feature anymore) but technically she still isnt wearing clothes (for those who havnt scene it shes sitting down so u cant see between her legs newayz - its not hentai its just the anime)
my question is that with the back perspective or the editing, respectivly, would this be ok to upload to a-m-v.org (when its done) or is it classified as something i shouldnt put up.
i fully intend to put warnings on the comments page at the front but im just trying to find out what others think (i know it says the site will ban u if u put up unapporpriate material)

It's not the nudity in Elfen Lied that's so much of a problem as the violence.

Yeah, that sounds fine. As long as there's no montage of heads exploding with blood, then I think it'll pass.

er montage no, but i do use a few of the death scenes. ive done just under a minute of footage so far, and have 3 scenes all less than 1 second of something getting hurt (like the loss of an arm or head as 2 of them). but like i said, its sparse, that matter?

Don't care about all that stuff and make it as bloody and full of Nudity and ask ngsilver for hosting it in his Adult Archive ;P

ah but then i cant enter it in waicon in december (im an aussie and i figure ill enter one of the smaller comps b4 i send anything overseas). not expecting to win or netin, but u cant enter if its not suitable for some audiences
