No Video on Xvid 1st pass & Off Timing with Directshowso

- Well, some Time ago It started that everytime I sav a Xvid firstpass Encode, the Video always come out only with the Audio and No Video.

- And Now I got Problems with 2 videos. One is WMV, the other mp4 and everytime I try to convert them to uncompressed or Xvid via Directshowsource in avisynth , the Timing is off.

Does anyone Know How to fix this?
