Creativ Zen help

I'm not sure iof this is the right forum to ask, but i need some help. Well, i have a creative zen vision M, 30 gig player, and 3 days ago, I could connect it to my computer and put media file, and when i connected it, it gave a noise that its connected. But now, whenever i connect my player, it says unknown device connected and says it malfunctioined or something like that. And the noise it three short sounds and gives the rror. Do any of u know what the problerm is? thx in advanced
