raw vids

ok i ran into a problem
i got some raw files of anime and i tried to change them through virtualdubmod like what u do with subbed divx files
but this time when i compressed the compression would not stop at the keyframe, it would keep on going
then i wont play right
the fps is 119f/s
i stop compressing. . .
i imported the regular raw vid in adobe preimere pro and it worked. but not all of them work. I tried to clip the files in preimere but when i added the 3rd anime preimere would loop the last frame in the preview window. and its very choppy

i dont want to use the whole ep, i wnat to make them into clips
help plz

to convert, just use a simple avisynth command :

FDecimate(23.976)

or

FDecimate(29.97)

which ever you prefer.
