I didnt leave site till Monday arround 8 PM this yera but every night I had pain, it fealt like my knee had compressed in on itself plus my back was sore and messed up *Lugging in and out 2 80 pound 21 inch monitors didnt help)

Usually I am physically exhausted for a few days after I get home, and that time seems to get longer every year

That's nothing! I get to do Animethon in August (AMV and Director of Site) AND then the weekend after I do the AMV room and contest at Anime Evolution.. AND to get to AE, I got a 12 hour drive!

So recovery is one day :P

I usually take a month to chill after Otakon. Then it's time to start planning for the next year, and also Sakura stuff seems to start then.

Stress causing grey hair is a myth. The melanin producing cells in your hair follicles are just dying (or melanin production is fluctuating). It can happen to anyone at any age, and is typically inherited.
What you do need to look out for is any of this: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/stress ... /SR00008_D

I was diagnosed with hypertension after Otakon last year. Before then it was never a problem. So con stress is a real thing that WILL mess with you. It just won't give you grey hair.

the balding doesnt help either (long hair does a bit to hide the receding hair lone but when its pulled back it becomes more evident)
