Any reason why we need to email for instructions instead of just posting them on that page?

Mostly because I give out my home address in case people want to mail entries in. If you want to point me to a web download, such as your webspace or yousendit.com, or animemusicvideos.org, just send that URL to anime@condorcon.org.
